Elemental Yoga
Elemental yoga offers a fusion between alignment based Hatha, Kundalini and Yin practices. Break through layers of physical stagnancy and support emotional unwinding as we move through the qualities of the four elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. A gentle and dynamic blend of breathing techniques, mindful movement and introspective practices will be offered to create balance in the body and peace in the mind.
